Most consumers, whether they are based in the United States or in India and other countries, are innocent people who want to get the best of the offers promised by financial institutions like banks and credit card providers.

These companies provide clauses (which are so vague for a simple consumer) in the contracts and are often not mentioned before purchases or services are used. In the end, the distraught consumer is forced to sue the company, only to be told by their lawyers that they had signed an agreement that “gave free pass” to such companies.
