The Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule now makes its compulsory to replace four disclosure forms with two new ones, the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure. These new forms are easier to understand and simpler to use. The rule also requires that you get three full working days to review your Closing Disclosure and ask any questions before you close on your mortgage.
